Exclusive: Petonic Infotech introduces AI platform to disrupt traditional consulting
By the end of this year, Petonic Infotech will roll out three AI solutions for trade compliance, assessing cybersecurity risks, and improving workforce planning.

Yuvraj and Yashraj Bhardwaj, the twin entrepreneurs behind Petonic Infotech, are geared to launch Petonic AI, a platform for AI-driven strategic consulting.
The platform utilises proprietary NLP (Natural Language Processing) and predictive analytics to convert unstructured data into strategies. It claims to deliver results faster and more affordably than traditional consulting firms.
“Petonic AI eliminates the barriers of traditional consulting, enabling SMBs and enterprises alike to thrive in a dynamic market. By leveraging cutting-edge NLP and predictive analytics, we’re not just solving problems but redefining how consulting drives value across retail, sustainability, and manufacturing,” Yuvraj Bhardwaj, Co-founder at Petonic AI, told YourStory.
The global consulting market is projected to grow at a 6.8% CAGR through 2030, with AI consulting alone reaching $130 billion by 2030 at a 42% CAGR, according to Zion Market Research.
The duo mainly aims to bridge the gap in traditional consulting, which remains costly and inconsistent, especially for small- and mid-sized businesses, the company noted. By automating time-consuming processes, Petonic AI claims to cut costs by 90% and deliver insights faster.
“Petonic AI is built to disrupt a stagnant industry by delivering results, not just reports. Our platform’s real-time insights and cost efficiency empower clients to act swiftly and decisively. From ESG compliance to Industry 4.0 transformations, we’re harnessing AI to create sustainable impact,” said Yashraj Bhardwaj, Co-Founder at Petonic AI.
By the end of this year, the company will roll out three AI solutions for trade compliance, assessing cybersecurity risks, and improving workforce planning. The offerings will cater to sectors like retail, ESG, and manufacturing, the tools also support financial modelling and ESG compliance, Petonic Infotech said.
The company aims to launch Petonic AI in the next quarter, with pilot programmes involving 3-5 enterprise clients and partnerships with startup accelerators and SaaS platforms. It plans to generate $1.5 million in pilot revenue within 12 months.
Looking ahead, the firm plans to scale its new platform globally, beginning with India and Southeast Asia in 2025, and expanding to North America and Europe by the end of next year.
