Beware of Changelly (Bitcoin Frozen)
I’m absolutely gutted to be writing this, but I feel it’s my duty to warn others. I’ve recently swapped (at time's value) over £340,000 worth of Bitcoin through Ledger Live app, Changelly provider, and I’m still reeling from the shock. The transaction simply vanished — no funds, no proper explanation, and support has been appallingly unresponsive. Every message I’ve sent has been met with silence or generic platitudes. To make matters worse, when I tried to share my experience on Reddit, my post was swiftly removed — and I’m not the only one. A growing number of users have reported similar issues, only for their concerns to be quietly swept under the rug. It raises serious questions about transparency and accountability. What’s most alarming is that Exodus and other well-known services have integrated Changelly directly into their platforms, exposing unsuspecting users to significant risk.
