was it smart to buy bitcoin in the last 24 hours?

I had some cash I earned and I saw that I could withdraw to a bitcoin wallet so I ended up just doing that, with all the speculation of bitcoin going higher and higher, allegedly hitting around 125k by the end of the 3rd quarter in 2025.
