Meritto launches agentic AI build for education

Meritto, a product of NoPaperForms, on Monday launched an agentic AI built for education.

Built natively into Meritto’s Vertical SaaS platform, Mio AI brings domain-trained, configurable AI agents that work across enrolment portals, marketing sites, communication channels, and internal workflows.

These agents take initiative, adapt in real-time, and optimise for institutional outcomes like conversion, retention, and efficiency. With Mio, AI shifts from being a tool institutions use, to a teammate they rely on.

While traditional automation tools operate at the surface responding to inputs, handling tickets, Mio AI embeds itself within the institution’s actual rhythm. It draws knowledge from the institution’s knowledge hub and syncs in real time.
