Mamaearth parent appoints Yatish Bhargava as Chief Business Officer
Mamaearth parent Honasa Consumer has appointed ex-Flipkart and HUL executive Yatish Bhargava as its chief business officer to lead brand and channel growth.

Honasa Consumer, the parent company of beauty and personal care brands including Mamaearth and The Derma Co., has appointed Yatish Bhargava as its chief business officer, the company said in a statement.
Bhargava will oversee business operations across Honasa’s portfolio of brands and sales channels, with a focus on category leadership and omnichannel growth.
Prior to joining Honasa, Bhargava held senior leadership roles at Flipkart and Hindustan Unilever, where he led initiatives in general trade, modern retail, and ecommerce. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
“With a strong track record in P&L management, GTM strategy, and execution, Yatish brings the right balance of strategic insight and operational rigour needed for this phase of our journey,” said Varun Alagh, Co-founder and CEO of Honasa Consumer.
The company's former chief business officer, Zairus Master, resigned in February this year, citing personal reasons. His departure came at a time when Honasa was undergoing a restructuring of its distribution network. Last month, the omnichannel beauty retailer elevated Karan Bajwa as chief human resources officer and Avinash Dhagat as chief supply chain officer.
The Varun Alagh- and Ghazal Alagh-led company saw its profit narrow by 18% to Rs 24.9 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 30.4 crore reported in the corresponding quarter in the previous year. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, it clocked a marginal de-growth from Rs 26 crore in the December quarter. The company's topline grew 13% year-on-year, scoring Rs 533.5 crore in revenue from operations during the quarter.
