Hardware Wallet Backup Passphrase how do these work?
Looking at getting a hardware wallet but I dont understand how the 20 word passphrase backup works if I loose or the hardware wallet gets damaged? I understand that if I loose my hardware wallet for example I can purchase another and put in my passphrase, but how exactly does the passphrase restore the BTC?
