In a world where digital life moves at the speed of swipes and clicks, one Bengaluru startup is tuning into something more human: your voice.

Introducing Ringg AI, a trailblazing no-code platform that's empowering global businesses to embrace a voice-first revolution - no coding, just conversations that convert.

Ringg AI, a Bengaluru-based conversational AI startup, has announced a $1 million seed funding round led by early-stage venture firm Capital 2B. The company will use the funding to accelerate product development, expand integrations, grow its team, and advance research in cutting-edge voice technologies.

Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Shankar Tripathi (CEO), Utkarsh Shukla (Head of AI), and Kali Charan Vemuru (Head of Engineering), Ringg AI is developing a no-code platform that enables businesses to integrate real-time, multilingual AI voice agents into their workflows. The platform supports over 15 international and Indian languages and facilitates dynamic, full-duplex voice conversations across telephony, web, and app interfaces.

"Our mission is to make voice the default user interface," Tripathi said. "With increasingly intelligent and smart AI models, the ease of getting things done by just talking to a machine will surpass touch as the dominant mode of interaction. A Voice+GUI future is inevitable and we are here to build towards that.

Ringg AI's technology has seen adoption across various sectors:

  • Fintech: Automating loan reminders and KYC processes, leading to over 30% higher engagement rates compared to traditional channels.
  • Healthcare: Streamlining appointment scheduling and post-consultation follow-ups, resulting in up to 37% reduction in agent costs.
  • Logistics: Enhancing delivery confirmations and rescheduling, reducing failed drop-offs by up to 67%.

With AI, everyone will skip typing and jump straight to talking,” Shukla said. Ringg’s infrastructure solves for speed, language, and latency—things that truly matter when you're building for scale here.

Ringg says it's already seeing strong demand in companies that are thinking of the next five-year timeline and how the future of business will evolve. There are early adopters for all technologies but specially with AI, C-suite executives are rethinking how they will build the future in an AI-first - and voice-first, manner.

"Just as Stripe simplified payments and Twilio transformed messaging, we aim to make launching intelligent voice interactions straightforward for any team, Vemuru said.
