Would Appreciate some advice…
I have come to the conclusion that, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, Millionaire Next Door, and Think and Grow Rich about 6-7 years ago, that “rich” is a mindset. I don’t have a large income, but i’ve invested relentlessly and have way more liquid than everyone i know who makes over 6 figures. Here’s my question: I was going to hold a crash course on bitcoin, how to invest in it and store it away safely. The problem is that everyone’s opinion of me has shifted and they don’t see me as the lovable unsuccessful guy they can look down on, now they see me as someone to envy. Without creating these feelings in THEIR head, is it possible to change their thoughts on money or do they have to do the work themselves? I want to educate them on money and bitcoin and investing, but my subconscious is simultaneously thinking they’re just gonna ask for money, be envious, and sabotage my success. The truth is the people i hardly know WANT TO LEARN, have a positive attitude and want to learn and the “friends/family” are the ones who i can sense, are gonna leach off me and ask me to pay for stuff. I was actually gonna post this in “rich” but it wouldn’t cause i’m new, but i’d appreciate advice from those who have been in this for more than a cycle and have over half a coin submitted by /u/BigRon84 [link] [comments]
