Do you first max out your IRA, 401k, and then invest in BTC?
I imagine this is just a matter of personal preference, but I am curious what other people are doing. I’ve been DCA’ing BTC since 2022. Part of me thinks that diversification is important, which is why I invest in the S&P for my IRA and 401k. But at the same time I think BTC is the investment of a lifetime. What are your thoughts on a diversified portfolio? Or have all of ya’ll been orange pilled and are 100% BTC? Edit: Technically I have a 457b (not 401k) through my employer and they don’t match. I also have a pension. I’m doing half ROTH and half traditional into the S&P, simply because I have no idea what tax bracket I will be in once I retire. submitted by /u/spencerseesbirds [link] [comments]
