PharmEasy founders launch home improvement venture, raise funding at $120M valuation
Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia, the founders of online pharmacy startup PharmEasy, have launched All Home, an interior design and home improvement venture.
All Home has raised an undisclosed investment in a seed round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, at a valuation of over $120 million.
The platform aims to be a one-stop shop for all interior needs by partnering with omnichannel brands. It seeks to organise the fragmented segments in the interior decor and architecture industry. Read more.
EKA Mobility raises Rs 200 Cr from ENAM Holdings
Electric vehicle maker EKA Mobility has raised Rs 200 crore from private equity firm ENAM Holdings. Based on the achievements of internal targets, the fundraising will elevate EKA to unicorn status, according to the company’s founder, Sudhir Mehta.
The Pune-based startup raised a new round on a convertible preference share basis.
The company intends to use the majority of the funds to set up its plants, ramp up production of its passenger and goods carrier vehicles, and expand its product portfolio over the next two years. Read more.
Utopia Therapeutics raises $1.5M in seed round led by Whale Tank
Hyderabad-based biotech startup Utopia Therapeutics has raised $1.5 million in seed funding from Whale Tank to advance the development of its lead vaccine candidate targeting obesity.
The funding will support preclinical studies of UT009, an immunotherapeutic vaccine aimed at reducing fat accumulation and improving metabolic health by targeting lipid-associated antigens, the company said in a statement issued at the BIO International Convention 2025.
Truliv raises investment from BCCL at Rs 356.5 Cr valuation
Alternate hospitality player Truliv has raised an undisclosed amount in equity funding from media conglomerate Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL), valuing the Chennai-based company at Rs 356.5 crore ($42.6 million)
The investment will support Truliv’s expansion into new cities and segments, including holiday homes, retirement communities, and nature-centric stays, as it targets Rs 200 crore in annual revenue over the next three years. The company plans to strengthen its technology platform and build out new alternate real estate offerings tailored for India’s Gen Z and millennial consumers.
Truliv has previously raised $2 million in seed capital and retains over 80% promoter ownership. The company is a subsidiary of DRA and has also entered the holiday home segment, with student housing and retirement communities in the pipeline. It is looking to generate Rs 200 crore in annual revenue within the next three years.

Zen Technologies to acquire majority stake in drone startup TISA Aerospace
Defence training and anti-drone systems provider Zen Technologies Ltd said its board has approved the acquisition of a majority stake in TISA Aerospace Pvt Ltd, a defence-tech startup focused on loitering munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The deal will be executed through a combination of share purchase from existing TISA shareholders and acquisition of compulsorily convertible debentures, the Hyderabad-based company said in a statement.
Eat Better partners with Unicommerce to streamline ecommerce operations
Healthy snacking brand Eat Better Co has partnered with ecommerce enablement platform Unicommerce to enhance its direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations and scale quick commerce fulfilment.
The tie-up will see Eat Better adopt Unicommerce’s Uniware platform for multi-channel order and warehouse management, aiming to improve delivery speed, reduce operational costs, and optimise inventory across its digital sales channels.
