Fine jewellery brand GIVA raises Rs 530 Cr in Series C funding led by Creaegis

GIVA, a direct-to-consumer fine jewellery brand, has raised Rs 530 crore in a Series C funding round, led by growth-stage investment firm Creaegis, with continued backing from existing investors Premji Invest, Epiq Capital, and Edelweiss Discovery Fund.

Earlier in June, the jewellery brand had raised Rs 450 crore in a round led by Creaegis Investment and existing investors.

In a statement on Wednesday, GIVA said it will use the fresh capital to scale its retail and digital footprint, enhance tech-enabled supply chain capabilities, deepen its offerings in lab-grown diamond jewellery, and expand into new categories.

Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal and Nikita Prasad, GIVA started with 925 sterling silver jewellery and has gradually expanded its offerings to include 14K/18K gold and lab-grown diamonds.

“Having Creaegis join as the lead investor is a significant milestone for us. Their experience with digital-first, consumer-focused businesses aligns well with our plans to grow GIVA’s omnichannel footprint and build on our product, tech, and operational strengths. With support from both new and existing investors, we aim to enhance the fine jewellery experience for today’s Indian consumer and continue scaling our presence,” said Ishendra Agarwal, Founder of GIVA, in a statement.

GIVA currently operates over 240 physical stores across India and plans to add around 145–150 more outlets this year. The expansion will primarily target Tier II cities, where the company reports continued demand for its offerings.

“We look forward to supporting GIVA as it moves into its next stage of growth in the fine jewellery category. The brand’s focus on product design, digital reach, and omnichannel operations positions it well in the market. Our investment aims to back that momentum and help drive its future expansion,” added Prakash Parthasarathy, Managing Partner and CIO at Creaegis.
